Located in St. Eugene, Ontario, Pinehedge Farms produces certified organic yogurt, kefir and sour cream in their own on-farm processing plant. Aside from grazing on pasture, their 30 cow herd is fed hay, grain and corn grown biodynamically on the farm. Salt, kelp and a small amount of commercial minerals are also used. Protein requirements are often supplemented with flax oil cake.
