Grass-Fed Organic Butter
All the Grass Fed products are made of Jersey Cow
milk and consequently have up to 30% more protein than
regular Holstein cow milk. Jersey milk is also 20% higher in
calcium and richer in micronutrients; minerals and vitamins
(the golden hue of Jersey milk is due to it’s high beta
carotene levels). Jersey cows produce A2 protein milk which
some find easier to digest.

We are also very proud of the fact that all of our products, whether cheeses or cultured milks, are made from 100% Canadian farm fresh milk (and not imported “milk ingredients”) and we use live bacterial cultures. Studies have shown that our live bacterial cultures are essential for gastrointestinal health and help alleviate many health issues. While virtually all of the cheeses in Canada are made using rennet or acids, our cheese cloth strained and pressed fresh cheeses are strictly made by using bacterial cultures. This means our cheese curd processes take up to 48 hours. It is also why our cheeses and all of our products are Kosher and Halal certified.’
