Golden Hearth also makes a delicious pizza dough available in white flour and spelt.

Grainharvest Breadhouse is a Waterloo artisan bakery in business since 1989. Originally founded by trained bakers from Austria, the bakery’s principles still reflect European tradition. They offer a delicious variety of buns, bagels, and sliced breads. More recently, a dedicated gluten-free division, Circle of Life, was added which specializes in a variety of gluten-free sweets and treats.

Grainfields Bakery is an artisan bakery based in Markham, Ontario. They offer a variety of sourdough breads made from less common grains such as red fife, spelt, and amaranth. Their keto fiberlicious bread is a delicious low-carb option.
